Beautiful Townhouse to Share

This is a newer -bathroom Townhome. I am renting out a furnished private bedroom with a queen bed, a furnished den, and a private bathroom. The shared space is the kitchen and lanai. No pets are allowed, but I, the owner, do have an older cat who is very friendly. The rent includes all utilities and will be a 7-month lease with hopes of a long-term renter. The community has a pool and a convenient location. Proof of income and a background check will be done. No smoking, no parties, and again no pets, vaping is allowed on the lanai. I work nights so I need someone who is quiet in the morning.
