Room for rent

Hi there!
I am looking for someone to rent my room within a -bathroom apartment. In the midtown Phoenix area. This would be a lease takeover from March-November . You’d be sharing the space with one other person named Jade! She is , a working professional and artist.

Highlights:
- Nice sized living room and bedroom w/small walk-in closet (Currently fitting a queen sized bed, lazy boy chair, and a large electric desk)
- Dishwasher and in unit washer/dryer
- Management is very friendly and responsive and we have an Amazon locker and a mail room that’s only accessible with a key fob
-access to free hr gym, pool, outside grills, dog park area, and zen aren
-bus stop in front of apartment complex
- very local to grocery stores, etc

Only utility to cover outside of rent is APS/electricity. Your half of rent would be $ monthly.

I never had any issues with the apartment or management and neighbors are respectful.
