if your looking for a private room for rent you should check out our place. It has a huge backyard that is fenced and is dog friendly. We are looking for a 3rd male roommate to fill the 3rd bedroom in the house for $ +split utilities. The house is a bath so the bathroom would be shared with one of the other roommates who is named Jake. Its a nice bathroom with a jetted tub real fancy. We also have a 6 yr old cattle dog named Lelo who is just the friendliest and chill dog you'll meet. The neighborhood is super quiet and in a school community. We keep things really clean and work regularly.

The room will be available to move into after the th of January. The current lease goes until the end of May of so we are looking for someone to rent the 3rd bedroom for the next 4 months.
