You have your own upstairs bedroom with bathroom inside. Brand new full size washer and dryer in unit. Brand new fridge. There’s a half bath downstairs. Central heat/AC. We have 2 parking spaces in a carport as well as street parking. Walking distance to triangle square. Close to freeway. I do have a cat and she’s very friendly! Because of her, I can’t allow other pets in the unit. We have a small enclosed patio outside you’re welcome to use. The bedroom itself is unfurnished, however the rest of the house is. You’re free to use any items in the kitchen and feel comfortable in the communal areas. Room will be on a month to month basis just to make sure we’re a good fit. If we are, a long term roommate is ideal :)

I’m , female, have a cat. My roommate of 2 years is moving out so I’m looking for a female replacement. I work full-time Tues-Fri from pm. I generally don’t have people over, but if you want to every now and again, that’s not a problem. Single female only, no couples. No smokers.
