Description

I am renting a room in a property located near Seaworld. Tenant will have his/her own bathroom and assigned parking space, not off the street, but in the driveway. Paid bills include water and internet. The electricity will be split between tenant and landlord. There is a forty dollar non-refundable application fee that will be used toward the background check and three hundred dollar deposit. No overnight visitors, or noisy parties are allowed in the property. Tenant needs to be clean, respectful, and have a stable source of income.

Option 2: two rooms and a private bath for a thousand dollars. The second room is equal in size as the one in the pictures but can only be used as an office, not as a bedroom. Other kinds of uses will have to be discussed in person if interested. The same application fee and deposit apply for both options and will only be rented to one tenant, no couples.
