Private room and bath in a townhouse apartment. There is a flight of stairs to access the apartment, Fully furnished with bed linens, towels, wi-fi, laundry, flat-screen and use of the kitchen with all equipment. I pay utility charges. I have an off storage room you can use to store extra or off season items. Close to Southpoint with shopping, restaurants and pharmacies close by. You will need a car. There is ample parking.
The complex has a gym and pool. Packages are secure in lock boxes held at the management office.
No overnight guests. A term of three months is requested but not necessary. However, if your stay is shorter, you would be responsible for the charge to change locks at the time of your departure. I will incur the charge for any stay longer than three months.
Rent is /month and a deposit of is required along with a background check and references. Seeking someone with a stable work history. Male or female. No pets as unfortunately my small dog hates all other dogs.
