Seeking couple 4 amazing craftsman

Hello, we are looking for a couple who would like to rent the master bedroom of an amazing historic craftsman house. The house is 3500 square feet. The main floor has hardwood floors, formal dining room and a true chefs kitchen including a commercial style gas stove. The kitchen will be fully equipped with vita mix, kitchen aid, immersion blenders, pots dishes,.. well, you get the point.
There is a plethora of common space including a finished basement that has a funky 12 seat theatre, bar, and pool table.
I am a nutritional therapist working as a chef in Vancouver and want to stay in Portland. I am an artist and this house is inspiring!

About Phil:
A) Employed (and pay all bills on time)
B) Laidback (I really don't care what you're doing as long as it's not breaking my things or barging in my room without knocking.)
C) Generous (I try to take the "starving" out of "starving artist")
D) Respectful (of both your lifestyle and property)
E) Clean (I always clean up after myself and guests, especially in common areas, but refer to point B, if I move into a house that isn't full of clean freaks it won't bother me)
F) Helpful (I hate being bored, so if you're making dinner or working on a project and I'm not doing anything, I will probably ask to you if I can help.)
G) FUN! (Seriously, I hate being bored and am always down to do whatever. Especially if it involves dancing.)
H) I have STUFF! But will only bring it if it makes sense (I will be bringing bedroom furniture, a bar, 4 bikes and have 65" TV/Home Theater from a former life as a couch potato, but I rarely use the TV so it won't bother me to get rid of it. )
