My wife and I are renting out a room with private full bathroom, located at Scripps Landing Apartments. We are in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom renovated apartment. There's a washer/dryer in the patio closet. About us: we are both 23, I'm in the military stationed in Miramar. She works full time as a receptionist, we also have a friendly 1 year old black Labrador retriever. Rent is 660 utilities included. Any questions please ask.
