Hi everyone, I am renting out 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment in a luxury pet-friendly apartment complex in Brighton. The apartment is a bath sq ft apartment and is fully furnished. The apartment complex has its own -hour fitness center and yoga studio, rooftop lounge, private conference room, community clubroom, courtyard with fire-pit and grilling stations and pet-washing stations. The apartment has quartz countertops, hard-wood style flooring and modern dual-tone cabinetry. The apartment also has magnificent views of the Charles river and there is a bike path just beside the apartment complex. Only mins drive to Harvard/Cambridge and downtown Boston.
Rent is approximately $ per month with all utilities included. I am a year-old working professional and keep to myself and am a quiet roommate. In my spare time I like hiking, biking, cooking, skiing, sailing, etc.
