Room is fully furnished with Super Comfortable Sleep number fully adjustable King Size Bed, with massage fixture, desk & chair, includes 32" screen TV, your own Refrigerator, Microwave and Coffee Machine. Table & 2 chairs. "Spa Bathroom" style with your own Jacuzzi and Walk in closet. Lots of storage.Parking included.
Rent includes all utilities: Electricity, Garbage, Water, Cable, Wi-fi internet.

You will have access to Private Complex Gym, Sauna, Yacuzzi, Swimming Pool, Lighted Tennis Court,
Club House, Gourmet Kitchen, Library, Laundry Room, Barbecue Areas, Doggie Park & Guest Parking.

To host a private dinner or family party our Club House is available upon request, at no extra cost.

We have dogs (usually kept in our private areas and back yard), so you must be pet-friendly.
