Private Room in New Townhouse

Description

I have a room available for rent in my 4 bedroom townhouse located in Addison Texas. The townhouse is fully furnished, but the room is not. We have a great big custom kitchen, living room with 75 inch TV and surround sound, and 3.5 beautifully finished bathrooms. The available room would have a shared bathroom with my sister, but she is out of the house every other month. We also have a maid that cleans the house every other week.

There are currently 4 awesome people and one of the most loveable dogs ever is here every other month. It is a large house, and most of the roommates are not home very often (3 of them are flight attendants).

We are also one street down from the Addison Rec, which is a one time $10 membership for the entire year!! There is tennis, volley ball, indoor and outdoor pools, and a full gym at the Rec.
