Minutes away from Washington Square Mall and Raleigh Hills/Hillsdale shopping areas and easy access to Sunset Highway, 217 and I-5. Very close to both Gabriel and Washington Parks. Approximately 15 minutes to Downtown Portland by car. It is very helpful to have a car in this area! This is a 950 Sq Ft. 2 bedroom/ 2 bath second floor apartment. The large (11x15) master bedroom with attached full-bath is available. I pay a little less for the smaller bedroom with detached full-bath.There is a balcony that overlooks one of the ponds/fountains,as well as seasonal swimming pool and year-round Jacuzzi.There are tall cathedral ceilings in the spacious living room and a fabulous wood burning fireplace as well! Washer/dryer in the hallway and dishwasher in the kitchen. No pets please. Your part of the rent would be $580 + utilities (garbage/electric/water/Comcast). Your half of utilities: ranges from $45-$80/month depending on the season. I ask that you commit to a minimum of 6 months.
