Private Bedroom in 2bed/1bath apt

I have a private bedroom available in my 2bed/ 1 bath apartment. The rent is $712.50 and there is NO DEPOSIT. We would both be on the lease, so you have equal rights in the property. This is not a sublet. There is a laundry facility on and a garage for your car if you have one. The garage has a door with a lock on it. Rent does not include wifi and utilities. As a heads up, I have not furnished the living room at all yet so it is empty. The room is also unfurnished, and as far as space goes, it comfortably fits a queen size bed (don't know the square footage on it). If you have any questions, please ask!
