I also have a 2nd large vaulted ceiling bedroom with a warm mocha color paint. Furnished with sleeper or the bedroom right across the hall is unfurnished. The furniture can be moved since it's for sale on . There are 2 bedrooms at one end of the house with the shared full bathroom. Bedrooms measure a little over 12 x 12. Looking for clean, stable, dependable roommates. I offer a creative and healthy environment.
I have eliminated all toxic cleaning products from the house. Large home: 1883 square feet, half of that is a common area with 2 private bedrooms, a shared full bath and kitchen with laundry on the same floor just next to the kitchen. The house has a great set-up for 2-3 people. It is a ranch style house with a deck on the front with steps up to the front door. I also have the walk-out basement room coming up the first of November and with that comes access to the fenced back yard, dogs are ok downstairs only and not allowed upstairs. Rent is 650.00 a month. Utilities are 100.00 a month and that includes gas, electric, Wi-Fi access, water and trash. Month to month lease to start. Quiet residential area in SW Littleton. Chatfield Reservoir, Hiking and biking trails close by. No smoking inside, smoking and 420 ok outside and away from the house. There is parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles and street parking.
