I am looking for someone responsible, clean, organized, nonsmoker and quiet with a full time job (proof of employment is required. 2 recent paystubs will do)

I have 2 bedrooms for rent. Both rooms @ $700/ea

First month's payment $700 upfront.
Rent is due the 1st of the month.

All utilities are included in the rent: A/C all around the apartment, high-speed internet, phone and cable and electricity.

Fully equipped kitchen for use and full bathroom available. Laundry is downstairs in the lobby.

Public transportation, bus and train, is walking distance.

NO drugs
Short term are welcome to stay!
Short term is maximum 3 months
