Room for Rent $500 plus utilities

I have a room available in a nice, spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that is conveniently located just off of Preston Rd and 635 in Far North Dallas/Addison area; just 5 minutes south of the Galleria Mall. The DART bus also stops right near the apartment. We are looking for a quiet, clean, responsible, laid back person to move into our 3rd bedroom, preferably long term. You would be sharing the apartment with me and one other person. Both of us are professional, laid back, quiet, and pretty easy to get along with. My work schedule is the normal 9-5 hours, whereas my roommate's schedule is a little different. He works middays Mon-Thurs. and over nights on Fridays and Saturdays. We don't really care what you do, but we both ask that you're considerate and respectful of us and our home. If you constantly go out and like to bring the party home with you, you're constantly loud, or don't like to pick up after yourself we're probably not a good fit for you. Both of us pretty much just like to chill and hang out, sometimes with a beer or 2. Now that football is upon us again, you can expect lots of cheering on Saturdays and Sundays. :) To move in we are asking for a $500 security deposit (which you will receive back in full upon move out, pending there is no damage or anything during your tenancy here) and also first month's rent. The $500 a month will cover rent and all other bills EXCEPT electricity. We will split that 3 ways. The condo is pretty decent sized with lots of storage space. There is hardwood flooring throughout, including the bedrooms. You will share your bathroom with one other person and your closet is a nice sized walk in closet. We don't spend much time in the living room so there's not a whole lot to it. If you have furniture you're more than welcome to bring it with you. We do have a cat, however, we have discussed the possibility of finding her a new home soon. Hoping to find someone who is easy going, drama free, drug free, and easy to live with!
