Room for Rent with the Wolfpack

Hello!

I have a room which is available for rent. I will be moving out and so am looking for someone to take over the available room. This room is in a house and you would be renting with 3 males. It is important that whoever is considered for this room is a good fit with the rest of the renters. I have lived with these individuals for 3 years and they are good friends of mine, so I want to make sure that whoever comes in is a good fit for the "Wolfpack." (If you've seen The Hangover, you'll get my reference).

The room will be $500 a month and utilities/water/electricity will be split between everyone every month. There is curb parking. This room would be ideal for a mature student, recent grad or responsible young professional.
