The room has a private Entrance But has no private bath room, the house has only one bath room to share. The room has a double closet and in the center there's a TV cabinet with shelves at the bottom. There's only basic channels with sci / Three movies channels the rest is sport and news. There's Wireless internet You'll have the use of the kitchen and laundry, bath room must pick after yourself be clean. No candles No fire pit. Have the use of the yard surrounded with lush tropical palms and lit yard at night for that relaxing setting with friends no over night stay and garden tiles throughout the yard. looking for a responsible person to live with two other working roommate. I'm the home owner always at home second roommate work at night so you wouldn't see each other. He'll comes home by 7:30 am sleep until 1 pm then leaves by 9:00 pm his days off are Wed and Thur.
Its near the U of M 1 mile near Coral Gables just 30 minutes from downtown and South beach and the Grove and as well as shopping mall's.
The Coral Gables there's a pool you could visit near by called the Venetian Pool for small charge only 5 minutes away. If you need some assistant in finding your way around town I'm here to help. Thank you Best of luck Rick
