I am renting a bedroom and full bath in my 4 bedroom town home. I have 2 children that live with me part time during the week and every other weekend so you much be ok with this. I am an outgoing mom, fun and would like the same in a room mate. You may also share the rest of my home to. $675 a month rent, includes utilities. $675 1st month deposit and refundable $675 security deposit will move you in. Looking at 6 month lease or longer. You must be working full time.
