Hello, I’m Shay. I’m , looking for a room to rent close to my work. I moved to the area last year and I am looking to shorten my daily commute. I have no pets, am very clean, and pretty quiet. I stay to myself and work often. I get in late due to my job in the medical field. I am often on call and out of the house from Friday to Saturday. I also attend graduate school and need a quiet and convenient place to study and stay to myself. I’m sure I’ll end up with an amazing roomie however, being friends, hanging out etc is not needed nor expected. I am completely comfortable residing there and just being polite, cordial, and respectful without too much roommate interaction. I’m a bit on the older side, and have grown to love my privacy and comfort. I am looking not to blur the lines between roommate and tenant, service provider and whom is serviced. I am looking for a private bathroom instead of shared as well as a private entrance. My budget is between $. I’m renting for months and would like a month to month or month lease. Thanks!
