looking for a room

Female years old.l got job offer and willing to move to Greensboro in 2 weeks.
I am quiet, clean, responsible lady and looking for furnitured room with bathroom.
l will be working during weekdays.l like/ prefer silence and safe home and environment. Peaceful and silence environment is important for me
Is the kitchen full accessible bcs l cook l do not eat outside ( not everyday , l cook for couple days and keep it in fridge )
