Looking for a private room in NoHo

Hello! I am looking for a private room (and preferably private bathroom) in the NoHo area. FEMALE ONLY. NO CATS.
I have a job where I work primarily outside of home (I currently work from home 1 day a week). I also work part time at a restaurant. So I am gone a good amount of time. When I’m home, I’m usually just relaxing. I’m not the type to bring the party home and hardly ever have guests. I’m looking for a considerate, responsible, female roommate. Non smoker and I have asthma so cannot live with someone who smokes in the apt I love dogs so I’m ok if you have one, but I’m allergic to cats so I can’t live with one. Prefer a roommate around my age
