First, last, and a deposit required. Rent is $/month, with utilities (energy, water, gas) based on usage, and can be discussed. The neighborhood is a clean, family-friendly community with parks, trails, a pool, and gym. Conveniently located near the airport, Sprouts, and Trader Joe’s.

The home features modern decor, neutral lighting, indoor plants, and a small herb and fruit garden in the backyard, complete with a built-in BBQ and fire pit—perfect for sunsets and relaxation.
