Great Location near City Park

Description

I’ve lived in this apartment for over four years. I really love it and the neighborhood. It’s walking distance to four cool different areas: City Park for the nature, Colorado Blv for the movie theater, Colfax for the night life , and th Ave for the bistros. Plus there are two bus routes that go downtown (it’s how I get to work).

My roommate has moved in with his girlfriend and is looking for someone to take over his half of the lease which goes through August th. He can leave the furniture in the room or take it with him.
