My home is located in South Tacoma near the mall.
This peaceful neighborhood features a walking path a seasonal farmers market nearby (during summer). It is just minutes from Chambers Bay, 5 minutes from I-5, a quick trip to the mall (if that’s your thing), and I’m discovering many new spots. Our neighbors are welcoming, and the house has a lovely vibe.

garden beds and a garage in the backyard. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Your Space:
The room is located downstairs and close to the downstairs bathroom; it fits a Queen bed and has a door to the front and back of the house.

Shared space
Large fenced backyard, full-size washer and dryer, shared living and dining rooms. Includes some garage storage, furnished/unfurnished room, street parking, split utilities
