Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to share my cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house in North Park. Rent is $1,300 + utilities. The house has some great perks, including a brand-new washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor deck space to relax on. Please note: street parking only, and I already have two incredibly sweet Maine Coons, so unfortunately, no additional pets.

About me:
I run a clothing brand, which means I’m often traveling to music festivals, markets, and events. At home, I value a peaceful, clean, and harmonious space—it’s my sanctuary. I love yoga, connecting with people, and enjoy being social, but I also deeply appreciate downtime.

I’m looking for a roommate who shares similar values—someone clean, respectful, and ideally, someone who’d vibe well with the house and become friends! Since I work from home a lot, I would prefer someone who didn’t also work home.
