Looking for roommates in Thornton CO! I have a 1 room available!

Room will be on the second floor next to another female roommate. It will be furnished with a bed and lamp. You will share the bathroom but will have your own sink. Rent is $ includes all utilities.

House is in a quiet and safe suburb. There is street parking as well as a park within walking distance. mins to both I- makes it perfect for commuting to and from Denver.

Deposit of $ required at move-in. All utilities are included including wifi.

Looking for clean, respectful, preferably single professionals or students. No smoking or drug use allowed on property and background check required.

Due to allergies to some roommates, no pets allowed on property.

There are currently gals) people living in the home and all of us are low maintenance and keep to ourselves. We would prefer another gal as you would be sharing the bathroom with another gal. But we are open to the right fit! Please let me know if you have any questions or would like more info!
