Hi everyone! Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! The bedroom features wood laminate floors , plantation shutters on the floor to ceiling windows and a view of the pond. Your bathroom is next to the bedroom which has a little hall space that blocks it from the view in the rest of the house. The house is very light and airy! I love to push the sliders open when it’s nice out and let the breeze flow through the house! I do have a parking spot (or for storage) available in the garage for an additional $/mo. Otherwise it does have a double driveway to park in at no charge. The pool area is nice to sit and relax in any time of the day! And the back lanai is great for looking the pond and bird watching! The whole feel of the house is beachy and welcoming and I have awesome neighbors!
