Seeking LGBT+ and cat friendly, health-conscious, quiet individual - female preferred - to take over my half of a lease in a spacious bath apartment at The Marq at Brookhaven available with flexible move-in between late January and early February.

Term is until mid-December.
Gated complex featuring a pool, gym, package room, and valet trash. Apartment includes laundry, extra storage, and a large walk-in closet.

You would be responsible for $ each month (half of rent and fees, not including utilities).
