Some dealbreakers:

No couples, no smoking. I have a golden retriever ESA that I spend most of my time with. His name is Goose and he's very friendly. No further pets allowed - sorry! 


About the property: Electric stove, 

coin operated laundry. There's an indoor pool and sauna, grilling space, and modest weightroom and some other amenities. Very close to downtown and CSU.
