Looking for a female or non-binary identifying person to fill an UNFURNISHED room in Silver Spring.

Bright upstairs room with 2 windows, hardwood floors, and a closet. Shared bathroom (shared with one AFAB non-binary person). Fits up to a queen size mattress plus space for a desk.

House has some pretty awesome common areas including:
A beautiful garden
TV room
Great room with HUGE windows for dance/yoga/hangout
Full kitchen -- soon to be with an induction stove!
Extra freezer in the shed
Washer/Dryer in the basement

Street parking $ per year and you must have a Maryland driver's license and license plate.

Guest parking is unlimited on weekends and after 5 on weekdays. A guest parking pass is required from Monday through Friday.

For one person. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.
Utilities are split evenly between roommates.
