Hello, I’m moving out of the apartment I currently lease with my friend Davis. I’ll be moved out end of February, and the room will be available March 1st. I told Davis I would help find my replacement, and get candidates. $/utilities. The room, bathroom and living room are unfurnished- so all furniture is welcomed! Davis is a great guy and prefers rooming with women because we are clean. Davis is easy going and respectful. This living arrangement was great, I prefer to not live with other women to avoid drama. And Davis is just as clean as women. I’d love to answer any questions you may have about the apartment, we are preferably looking from a women (ages ) no pets. The property is smoking friendly. Just not inside the apartment.
The laundry unit is on the first floor of the apartment complex. It’s a two story building, and we are on the 2nd floor.
