Description

I have a bath apartment and would like to fill the second room. The room has a pretty decent sized closet and a bathroom just outside the bedroom door that would be entirely yours. The apartment has a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex has a handful of very nice amenities, including a pool, hot tub, pool table, movie room, and gym on-. I'm asking for rent, utilities, and internet. Any and all food you want would be on you, of course. I'm willing to make meals for both of us every once in a while, but I mostly meal prep on Sundays and Wednesday so I don't do very much cooking during the week.
