Hi there! We are two female young professionals in our mid-twenties living in a cute three-bedroom 2 bath apartment ~1 mile from MB Pier. We are searching for a like-minded professional for our 3rd Room opening up Feb. 1st. The lease is month-to-month, but we are ideally looking for someone long term. The room has a shared bathroom. Rent would be /month. We split electricity, gas, and Wifi bills (~$ each). There is also a fee for getting added to the contract $. Deposit is $. Apartment includes in unit laundry and a 2 car garage we share with the unit behind us. We rotate the parking spot in front of the garage but street parking is free and a breeze. One of the gals has a well trained mellow goldendoodle named Gatsby, so ideal roommate is someone excited about living with a dog 🐾
