Looking for someone to see out the remainder of our roomsmates lease for ideallt 6 months, but open to shorter sublets. Will be living with a couple but we both work full time and our out a lot.

Room comes with Murphy bed, fully furnished living / kitchen area with tv and Sonos speakers, in-suite laundry and own private bathroom. Apartment has a large private patio with wrap around balcony and a fire pit.

Building has a Gym, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. The Room is $ and includes all bills amenities, WiFi, hydro etc…
