**You can start slowly moving in stuff from th January, I currently live in the same building with the exact layout/size apartment and room! .just moving up couple floors. If you want to see the current place so you can get an idea how it looks like (with furniture).

About the Apartment:

Space: The apartment is very spacious but unfurnished for the time being, we gonna slowly start buying furniture and making it home :) we do not expected you to chip in unless you like to have say in the style or so. The kitchen is not the largest, so please be mindful when cooking, especially if others are in the kitchen. It has a full stove, pantry space and of course a spot in the fridge for you.

Room: The available room is located in front of the living room at the end of the apartment, so it’s important to be comfortable with some noise, as we sometimes stay up late, have friends over, watch movies, etc. Good views of the water+mountain. Room will be unfurnished with the option to have it furnished for bit extra.

We do have a closet in the apartment for storage.
Washer/dryer inside unit.
Shared Bathroom: You will share the main bathroom with one other roommate (female)

About the Roommates:

* Noise & Parties: We occasionally host parties and gatherings, so we’re looking for someone who is okay with a lively atmosphere at times.
