Looking for a new roommate at the Sumter Green Apartments! LGBTQ+ friendly; plant friendly; friendly (can’t smoke inside). My hobbies include drawing/painting, gaming, movies/tv/anime, reading/manga, and whatever I’m current hyper-fixation is! I’m a barista at Caribou coffee and I’d be happy to bring home a drink for you per your request 😁. To be honest I can be a bit messy sometimes (thank you adhd) but I’ll do my best to contain said mess to my room and help out wherever I can! I’m allergic to cats and somewhat allergic dogs dependent on the breed (pets are an additional monthly charge). Utilities include high speed internet. Pool is outdoors and summer time only. 2 washer and dryers per-floor. Gym is a short walk away (next apartment building over, takes around 2 mins). Rent is obv for the whole unit and not per person.
