Helping get a replacement for my daughter's room. Lease ends late August. Preferably female, organized and cleans after herself. You will share with a respectable, very clean young man named Jud who will interview you after Laura and I vet first. He keeps to himself and there is no living room furniture to share. So he may be flexible and let you move in sooner into the living space until Laura moves out on February th. You do share the bathroom and kitchen. The only cost to you is $ to change of name on the lease. And your monthly rent of course which is due on the 1st.
