Hi there! I’m looking for a respectful and reliable roommate (all genders welcome) to renew my lease for a -bath apartment starting May . You’ll have your own private bathroom. The apartment is LGBTQ+ friendly and open to co-ed living. My current roommate is moving out, so I’m excited to find someone new to share this great space with!

Rent & Utilities:
-Approximately $/month, including utilities (electric, internet, water, trash, and renters insurance).
-No deposit required.
-To qualify, you’ll need to make at least x your shared portion of the rent and have no prior evictions.

The Room:
Approximately feet, unfurnished, and full of natural light.
Includes a remote-controlled AC unit.

-Only minutes from downtown Naperville.
-Just miles from the Route Metra station, perfect for commuting.
-Two minutes from the expressway for easy access.

A Little About Me:
I’m years old and work in mental health. I live with my 5-year-old boxer mix, Willow. She’s a sweet and friendly dog, so my new roommate will need to be okay with dogs. Unfortunately, I can’t take in any additional pets.

I’d describe myself as an extroverted introvert. I love to cook and often share food with my current roommate, so bonus points if you enjoy good meals. I’m friendly, very organized, and tidy, and I’d love a roommate who shares those qualities. In my free time, I enjoy yoga, reading, and experimenting with new recipes. I’m laid-back as long as we both respect the space and each other.
