Female flatmate wanted. One room available in a new house 2 min away from life science building/ university of dundee. The house is bathrooms and three bedrooms, a garden, a parking space and fully equipped kitchen and a stunning living room. The flat is female only flat. Rent is plus bills. House is efficient and warm, bills are usually around pounds or less (higher in winter and when heater is used). The room is available from the th of January. Also, the room is available for short term rent between th of January and end of March/ mid April.
