Nice room with separate bathroom available in South Reno at the Iron Blossom apartments. Complex is very quiet with a pretty legitimate gym and spa open year round. Pools in the spring to early fall. with utilities included, looking to have someone move in asap as my roommate had to move back to California with his parents to look after one of them. I am very quiet and easy to live with. I don’t cook. I rarely use the front room for the most part. I work long days Tuesday-Friday and spend most of the weekend gone playing outside. It goes without saying that everyone is looking for someone nice and chill to live with but I work for the State Police. I can’t have any drama or craziness whatsoever. Pretty much everything you could think of eating and shopping wise is near the place with quick access to South Lake and Virginia City. Come check it out if you’d like. Good amount of parking in our quiet corner. I don’t care if you smoke Pot but I’d kind of prefer to not have cigarette smoking. Cats and small to extra medium dogs cool. Or a big ass dog that is hypoallergenic. Once in a great while I’ll host some friends. Visitors and overnight guests ok as long as they are also chill but please not every night.
