Furnished Room in Quiet Woods

Fully-furnished room available in my cute little
house. Full basement. The backyard is state park land. Incredibly quiet and safe neighborhood. The only thing that might wake you up is the sound of the wild turkeys in the morning :) Front yard is fenced and is where I have my vegetable garden. The house is within 5 minutes of downtown Beacon, minutes to the best hiking trails, and around minutes to both Beacon and Cold Spring train stations. The house is a build, so everything is very new.

About me: I’m a photographer, actor, and maker with a very flexible schedule. Sometimes I’m out all day at the studio or a coffee shop working, sometimes I have to be at home prepping for a market or filming an audition in the basement. I also travel a lot, so there may be entire chunks of weeks you have the house to yourself. I’m very active, and an avid science and nature lover.
