Looking for a quiet place to live.

Description

I'm looking for a quiet place to live with no drama. Bedroom with private bathroom. The areas are the north area of Miami Beach, North Miami, Aventura, Sunny Isles, and Hallandale. All properties east of Biscayne Blvd. I'm very clean and organized, and I spend a lot of time working and traveling. I have been renting a townhouse in Doral for the past 2 years, and the owner is selling the property, and I want to move closer to the beach. I'm a single dad with my son attending college in Northern California.
