Hi there! We’re a 420 friendly home of creatives with one sassy old lady cat. We’re looking for a roommate who’s employed, communicative, cool with signing a sub lease, and who doesn’t bring the party home. You’ll be living with a hair stylist, and bartender/musician. We both keep odd hours so there’s lots of times you’ll have the place to yourself :) we’re right across the street from a grocery store and laundromat, and we only pay electric and internet which during the colder months is never above $60.
