Room and shared bathroom to rent

Hello. I have a spare bedroom that I am renting for 6 month renting period. The bedroom is fully furnished as is the rest of the townhome. The bathroom will be shared with landlord. Cleanliness and mutual respect is expected. Landlord is a Christian, so Christian music will often be played. Landlord prefers a female tenant.
