Large bedroom for rent

Hello! I have one bedroom for rent in a 4 bedroom house. There are 3 of us living here now. My name is Mandie, I am 23 and a recent grad from CofC and now work at Trident hospital. Spencer is 21, attends CofC and works for Dorchester county as an EMT. Elliot is 22 and works for Summerville Fire Department. I have one dog, he's an Australian Shepherd. Rickie is on the older side and loves to cuddle. He spends most of his time sleeping in my room. We all enjoy hanging out at the house, around the fire pit, or going downtown. There is a community pool that you would have access to in the summer. Wifi and water is included in the rent. We split electric and gas 4 ways. The house is energy efficient so the cost is pretty low. The room available is very large with a walk in closet. Bathroom is shared. We have a large living room, kitchen, and laundry room available to use anytime. We have plenty of space (linen closet, pantry, and 2 extra fridges in laundry room).
