- Pool & Hot Tub
- Parking garage within the building
- Private Bedroom and Bathroom with walk-in closet
- in unit washer/dryer
- Apartment also has living room (fully furnished) and kitchen (furnished), with a balcony that is also furnished.

Rent comes to around $ every month with parking, valet garage, WiFi etc. Electric is a separate pay depending on the month ranges from $.
