The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Inside you will find an open concept living area with large windows looking out on the pool in the backyard. The bedrooms are located upstairs and will share a newly renovated bathroom. You will have access to the whole house except for other bedrooms. I will supply all utilities, high speed internet (the fastest I could get), as well as regular yard maintenance and cleaning services. This is truly an ideal house sharing situation. You will be responsible for cleaning up your own space and any general organizing, but basic cleaning will be taken care of by a professional. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you!
