Great location downtown Charleston

Hi! I'm looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible in a great, safe neighborhood in downtown Charleston. The apartment is a large 2BR/1BA in Ansonborough, walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants downtown. We'll split utilities (water, electric, gas, and Internet), and the washer and dryer are included. We have only one off-street parking space available, though residential parking permits are available for $8 every 6 months, and I usually just park on the street. The lease ends on May 31, 2016. Pets are negotiable--I have two cats, so you have to be okay with that.

A little about me:
I'm Natalia, 25, and I work full-time from home for a closed captioning company. Outside of work, I'm pretty social--I like exploring the city, beach days, spin class, concerts, jogging, and grabbing a drink for happy hour--but I also like relaxing and just staying in to cook, watch Netflix, or read. I like to keep things clean, but I'm not obsessive. Let me know if this sounds like a good fit for you!
