Hi, my house is in Richlands, about 12 miles from Jacksonville. It's a brick house with 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, den, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. We are a group of 3 cool guys... straight, bi, and gay (white, hispanic, and asian) that maintain a calm, relaxed household. We are not loud, nor do we party at the house. The room for rent includes a full size bed with linens, dresser, night stand, love seat, desk, and closet. The rent is $400 a month which includes utilities(water and electricity), HD DVR cable box, and wireless internet. The upstairs bathroom is shared by 2 people.
